Pay our commission

Once you have selected your chosen diamond and it has been secured for purchase only now do you need to pay our commission.

Commissions will be calculated from the AU$ price of the diamond not including GST on the day of the transaction. The commission is $500 or 7% of the invoiced amount plus GST for the first and largest diamond of the order. Any additional diamonds purchased in the same order will be charged a flat rate of 5% commission.

How do I pay for the diamond

We will send you the direct suppliers invoice to be paid in full for your diamond to be sent directly to you.

To do this we will need your full name, daytime phone number and secure delivery address where the package can be signed for by an authorised person.

This payment can be made direct by yourself from your bank account (always check fees and charges) or we can have the invoice processed by an international transfer broker who will send you a bill by Bpay.

B pay is an easy secure way to pay your bills without having to adjust your bank account details. Our international transfer brokers will often charge a more competitive currency rate than most of the major banks saving you extra money.

Direct payment – As all diamond invoices will need to be made by international transfer your may need to get your bank account setup to authorise international transfers with an increased daily transfer limit.

GST may be charged directly to you when the diamond is being cleared by customs on entry to Australia. GST payments are charged on all goods entering into Australia that being sent to businesses or where the value amount is warranted to individual purchases. Any custom charges will be made directly to the delivery service (Federal Express) by credit card over the phone before the diamond will be released for delivery the next day.
