Welcome to www.wholesale-diamonds.net.au owned and operated by Adrian Lee of Diamond Jewellery Consultants Trading as Wholesale Diamonds Australia.Purchasing diamonds and diamond jewellery through this business are governed by the following terms and conditions. By paying our commission fee you agree to abide by our terms and conditions.

All diamonds offered from this business are fully certified loose diamonds. Once a diamond has been selected we will do all in our power to describe and personally assess the quality of the diamond selected. However the final selection of the diamond is the decision of the client and once it has been invoiced it must be purchased. As the diamonds that we sell are all certified by internationally recognized diamond grading laboratories the quality of the diamond is assured as to the grading standards of that diamond certifier. If the diamond arrives from the supplier and can be proven not to match the diamond that is described in the diamond certificate that the diamond was purchased from then the diamond can be returned at no charge and the diamond replaced with another stone.

All diamonds will be sold and priced in $US and all efforts will be made to estimate the final price payable in $AU but due to the fluctuating nature of the currency market the final price will only be set on the day the money is transferred for the diamond. Once a diamond has been invoiced the diamond must be paid for in full within 48 hours.

The commission fee will be made once the client either agrees to pay for our services to purchase a diamond or they have found a diamond that they would like to purchase. The minimum commission price is $550 including GST and must be paid before a diamond can be invoice to the client. If the minimum commission price is less than 7% of the estimated total price of the diamond on the day of the purchase then a further payment will be required before the diamond is invoiced. When the diamond arrives in Australia you may also be required to pay any customs and GST charges related to the purchase of the diamond.

Placing you commission payment is a commitment to purchase a diamond through Wholesale Diamonds Australia the same as any deposit made for a custom purchase and is non-refundable. If the selected diamond is sold to another buyer between the time the commission payment is made and the diamond is invoiced the next suitable diamond will be selected with the approval of the client. Wholesale Diamonds Australia have a very large resource of diamonds and can beat any competitors price by 5%. If we cannot find the specific diamond mentioned from the supplier we will find a suitable alternative that is no lower in overall quality.

Purchasing from Wholesale Diamonds Australia means that you are purchasing a diamond at the direct wholesale diamond price from the cutting manufacturers. The price of the diamond is determined by the seller and is usually non-negotiable. Our profit is only from the set commission payment and the purchase of the diamond is the best possible price that can be paid for that diamond.

Delivery of loose diamonds from the time that the invoice has been paid can be expected to be between 5 – 8 working days. All diamonds are delivered via FedEx and can be sent to either our office or direct to your door.
